Shipping Info

We ship from northern Minnesota to locations in the United States mainland only. In some cases we will deliver our products in person if the customer is located in Minnesota.  You can also arrange to pick up your order.  Please contact us ahead of time to make arrangements.

Due to the weight and size of the beekeeping boxes we do not offer free shipping at this time.  We will do everything we can to search out the most appropriate and cost effective shipping method available.  It is based on how much you order and where you want our products delivered.

Returns

To return your product, you should return your product to: Propolis Hive Company, 92475 Koecher Rd, Kerrick MN 55756, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Freight

All merchandise is shipped "FOB Shipping Point".  This means all merchandise becomes your property as soon as we give it to the freight carrier.  If the freight carrier fails to deliver your boxes in good condition, it is your responsibility to contact us so that we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
